Indoor events provide a stress-free environment to relieve students of academic pressure while fostering a sense of community. These events include banquets, networking opportunities, talent showcases, and dance parties.
If event is ON-campus
- Obtain a signed Facilities Use Permit from the campus location.
- If you're having food at the event, refer to Food.
- If you're bringing in a vendor (examples: DJs, caterers, photographers), refer to Vendors.
- DANCE PARTIES - Refer to the Dance Policy.
- Secure a Certificate of Insurance naming THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA as additional insured. Refer to On-Campus Insurance.
If event is OFF-campus
You may be required to provide the off-campus venue with insurance. Refer to Off-Campus Insurance.
